"Fraud, not helpful in any way, and will break the law. Had kids throw rocks at my motorcycle, a Harley Heritage, damage to both saddlebags and rear fender, dents in rear fender.

I filed a claim. after 65 days and nothing, no updates, no calls, nothing. so i check on it and it says locked. So i call them and let them know I live in Illinois and must be completed no later than 60 days to finalize the claim, and if i didn't get an answer Id call a lawyer, shocker they called back in 30 minutes to tell me who to go to for repairs and paint.

So i get the quote from the shop. $7,000. These idiots then send me a check for... wait for it... 322.50, so i call them back and let them know that it would in no way even cover the cost of the paint (400 a quart,), let alone repairs, painting ( basic paint starts at 1000 to do) and labor.

So guess what Bobby, you know what Bad Faith is? You're about to find out."
